My decision to join Private Community® stemmed from a connection of trust, respect, and curiosity towards the people who introduced me to it, which is why my choice was made almost sight unseen. Through the program, I realized that being a good father, I strive to bring this value into my work team and with my clients. Initially, I thought: how can I find time for this initiative? However, time is found when you realize how empowering it is for both work and family life.

All the tools of the formula have helped me, understanding that what I do for work and, more importantly, what I want to be and what kind of people I want around me—clients, collaborators, and especially employees.
