"FROM SPECTATOR TO PROTAGONIST: MY FLIGHT WITH PRIVATE COMMUNITY"
The story of Sabrina Tonizzo – Office Manager & Partner | Moltiplika S.R.L.
My name is Sabrina Tonizzo. I'm part of the Le Aquile community, in Codroipo, in the province of Udine. It's a young group, with few members, but that's exactly what makes it so alive: we know each other, we support each other, we're a tight-knit group.
I work as office manager at MoltipliKa S.R.L. and I'm also a 30% shareholder. My journey with Private Community began years ago. I've seen communities being born and changing, groups forming…
Today, though, I know for certain where I feel I'm in the right place: with Le Aquile. I didn't join because I had to. I joined because they chose me. And, for me, that gesture carried enormous weight.
The most important change I went through wasn't immediately visible to others. It happened inside me. I had ability, I'd always known that. But I also had fear. Fear of making mistakes, fear of being judged, fear of not being good enough. I'd set myself goals and, without fail, struggle to see them through. Not because I didn't know the work, not because I lacked the tools. I froze up. I held myself back. I stayed stuck exactly at the point where, to move forward, I'd have had to put myself out there.
In Community I found something that changed the way I act: concrete goals, real deadlines, people who walk alongside you without pinning labels on you. It wasn't some vague push, but constant training. I was given clear deadlines, achievable milestones, and above all shared accountability: "by that week, do this", "by that month, finish this". And I did it. For the first time, instead of being at the mercy of fear, I started taking one step at a time. And those steps built confidence.
Over time I felt myself growing in skills, in responsibility, in stability. I began to feel steadier in my work and more present in my choices. This evolution also led me to join the Private Community Team, as a coordinator. In that step there was one thing that, for me, remains central: trust. When someone truly believes in you, they're not just encouraging you. They're offering you a new image of yourself, bigger, more possible. That's how it happened: I felt seen. And once seen, I started seeing myself differently too.
One of the things that has struck me most, over time, is the atmosphere you find inside Private. There's no judgement. That's not a motivational tagline: it's a concrete feature. You can say something imperfect, you can turn up with a doubt, you can bring a personal goal and not necessarily a professional one. You're not labelled, you're not talked down. You're listened to. And, above all, you're helped. I discovered that what I feared - judgement - was often more in my head than in reality. The Community taught me that you can talk without being defensive, that you can grow without feeling under examination.
There's another element too, less obvious but decisive: when you step into Community, time changes quality. You stop. You genuinely dedicate yourself to you, to your goals, to talking things through. It's as if that moment becomes a clean boundary between everyday noise and a place where you can put things back in order. We often say we don't have time, and to some extent that's true. But when you choose to set aside a specific space, even just one afternoon a month, you find that time. And you find it gladly, because you know you'll come out of it different.
I also strongly believe in the value of comparing notes with others. I've learned there's no point at which you stop learning. Even when you think you "already know", others point out details you wouldn't have spotted on your own, offer you alternative perspectives, and often help you reach a solution faster. I've seen dynamics between members where discussion across different companies and viewpoints allowed someone to unlock an organisational problem and find a more effective, faster, more sustainable path. Done well, this kind of dialogue doesn't call you into question: it makes you grow.
In my day-to-day work I also use Combine®, but not as a replacement. For me it's a support: I use it to review communications, emails, administrative texts. I need to know the tone is right, that the wording is clear, that what I write represents me. The thinking has to stay mine. AI can help polish things, but it shouldn't strip away identity. In that sense, Combine becomes a confirmation, a quiet presence that helps me feel more confident.
Today some people call me "Sabrina 2.0". I smile, because I know what they mean. I feel changed: more present, more centred. I've found my balance again. I know certain fears still come back now and then, especially at work, but now I have a different awareness: if I've come this far, I can go further still.
Looking ahead, I want to keep growing professionally, improving my skills and staying solid in my role. And, on a personal level, I want to allow myself more life: travelling, especially with my children.
If people ask me why I recommend Private Community, the answer is simple: because it gives value to people. Because it puts you in a safe environment. Because it lets you meet people you can be yourself with, without fear. I'm shy and reserved, and there, I feel at home. And I believe there's only one way to truly understand what that means: join it and live it.
