When I first heard about Private Community, I didn't have clear expectations. They could have been many, or none at all. But one thing I knew well: I wanted to find a way to run alongside my brother, who's also my business partner. We're fourteen years apart, and that brings with it very different visions, rhythms and approaches. We needed a meeting point.

The Mindset Booster journey was a revelation. We started from a simple but powerful question: "Why do we do what we do?" From there came a deep realisation: our values, though expressed in different ways, were the same. It was a moving moment. Not just a professional one, but a family one too.

But what really made the difference was the community. Finding a group of people who, even with different values, share the same goal of growing and improving, was fundamental. Feedback is never judgement: it's a mirror. It helps you see things about yourself that you'd never notice on your own. That happened to me with the way I communicate with my staff, for instance. Nobody told me "do it this way", but the discussion sparked new awareness in me.

Many things have changed in my personal life too. This year, for the first time, I dedicated every weekend in July to my family. A choice that doesn't come from a rule, but from space I've learnt to allow myself.

Of course, the method has had an impact too. Combine®, which I've still only used a little, is a tool I want to bring in more and more. But even now I feel the benefits: I make decisions faster, I avoid putting things off, and I gain precious time.

In the team, meanwhile, some people have changed. Some have left, others have joined. But today I know it's not a question of mistakes. It's a question of goals: whoever shares the vision stays, whoever doesn't feel it moves on. And that's fine. The atmosphere has improved, roles are clearer, and there's a different energy in the air.

To anyone who asks me whether I'd recommend Private Community, I always say this: first of all, it's an investment in yourself. Start with the two days of Mindset Booster. Even those alone can change your approach. And if you work with a business partner, do it together. Because growing on your own can also mean growing apart.

For me, Private Community has been – and still is – a space for deep growth. It doesn't depend on the work you do, but on how willing you are to put yourself on the line, without masks.
