FULVIA VIANELLO's story - Entrepreneur | I-HOME S.A.S

My name is Fulvia Vianello and I'm the founder of I-HOME, a project born to bring value to the holiday rental sector through a professional, human and quality-driven approach.

My entrepreneurial journey has been anything but straightforward.

In 2019, everything seemed ready for major growth. I'd invested in training, opened new flats, and looked to the future with energy. Then, within a few months, came the acqua alta flooding in Venice. And right after that, Covid.

Everything stopped. The rentals were closed, the business at a standstill.

From a personal point of view it was a precious time, because I reclaimed space with my children. But from a professional point of view, I was in freefall.

In 2022, suddenly, tourism exploded.

Requests kept growing out of all proportion, but I wasn't ready.

I had no structure, no strategy, no method.

At the end of that year, my accountant was blunt:

"Either you change something or you'll be crushed by what you've created."

That's when I felt the need to stop.

I had a clear, immense vision... but too big to manage without the right tools.

The risk was getting stuck by the very thing I dreamed of building.

Joining Private Community was a turning point.

I'd already done courses on mission and vision, but this time was different.

The Mindset work, done within the community, was deep and transformative.

It allowed me to separate dreams from plans, fears from priorities.

But above all, it was the peer discussion that made the difference.

In Private you're never alone. You have other entrepreneurs in front of you, real ones, who don't judge but help you see things from the outside.

Thanks to the feedback I received, the Labs and the practical tools, I managed to break that mental "elephant" into smaller pieces.

I started choosing what to do, when to do it and who to share it with.

The community has become my point of reference even now that I've found greater balance.

Because being an entrepreneur never fully settles down.

You need a place to bring new ideas, test them, talk them through and reorient yourself.

For me, Private Community isn't a place of inspiration. It's a place of action.

A space where dreams become plans, and plans become projects.

And where, even when you feel overwhelmed, there's always someone ready to remind you that you can start again.
