Initially, my decision to join Private Community® was driven by the complete trust I have in the people who told me about it: I actually had strong doubts about how effective this formula could be for a law firm.

I had to change my mind. Here I found a way to turn my personal life around and, as a result, my professional life too. Thanks to Private Community®, I became aware of why I do what I do, and I’m now able to direct my energy only towards what’s truly right for me. Besides the initial programmes, the most useful tool is certainly the Community, with its monthly meetings and the chance to have a table where you can discuss your challenges and goals with people who share the same values. Thanks to the Community, and to the advice and collaboration of its members, my vision — originally set on a five-year timeframe — was achieved in just over a year: from being a lawyer with a single room at a colleague’s practice, in a year and a half I managed to build a firm with eight staff, which now allows me a better quality of life.
