Private Community®’s mission and the Elevate to Admiration® Formula are the driving force behind my experience as a Franchisee. Before that first meeting with the founders of Private Community®, I was very focused on the training side, with the added burden of having to follow up each participant one by one, because there wasn’t a solid group of other entrepreneurs around them in Community supporting one another to achieve the significant progress needed to reach their Vision. This obviously created a greater load and weight for me, not just in terms of actual work but mentally too.
Since that first meeting with the founders of Private Community®, we’ve built up the first Treviso community, where the atmosphere is calm and active, members are constantly in touch, they motivate each other, support each other, and above all keep each other on track towards the progress they want and give each other quality feedback. This means I can focus on building my team of collaborators.
Being a Franchisee centred on communities gives Franchisees greater freedom, because it makes members accountable and gives us the ability to draw on know-how built on solid foundations, making the programmes easy to deliver.
And above all, this atmosphere building up around the community and around us as Franchisees is bringing us opportunities to expand and build new entrepreneurial communities.

As a franchisee, I accepted the challenge straight away: to create, in a very short time, a new entrepreneurial organisation that was strong, innovative, fast, high-performing, effective and efficient.
The whole team — no great challenge is faced alone — worked tremendously hard to develop the mindset and all the materials, including the information system. The cohesive group, helped also by in-person National meetings, grows together, bringing new ideas and challenges; the ongoing exchange between us is always stimulating.

Before entering the world of franchising, we were looking for an opportunity that would let us not only grow professionally but also make a meaningful contribution to others. We dreamed of a business that would allow us to scale, expand our entrepreneurial abilities and share the opportunities we had received. The value we’ve managed to bring to the lives of the people we’ve involved is immense, and this is reflected in the fulfilment and gratitude they express. Our team, guided by shared values and mutual admiration, is forming on solid ground, and the business is beginning to flourish. This experience is strengthening our conviction that the decision to join this franchise wasn’t just the right choice for us, but also a catalyst for positive change for everyone who has decided to take this journey together with us.
