"FROM SPECTATOR TO PROTAGONIST: MY JOURNEY WITH PRIVATE COMMUNITY"

The story of Sabrina Tonizzo – Administrative & Partner | Moltiplika S.R.L.

My name is Sabrina Tonizzo. I am part of the Le Aquile community, in Codroipo, in the province of Udine. It is a young reality, with few members, but for this reason very lively: we know each other, we support each other, we are a close-knit group.

I work as an administrative at MoltipliKa S.R.L. and I am also a 30% partner. My journey with Private Community began years ago. I have seen communities being born and transforming, groups forming…

Today, however, I know for sure where I feel in the right place: with Le Aquile. I didn't join because I had to. I joined because they chose me. And, for me, that gesture had enormous significance.

The most important change I experienced was not immediately visible to others. It happened inside me. I had abilities, I always knew that. But I was also afraid. Afraid of making mistakes, afraid of being judged, afraid of not being up to the task. I set goals for myself and, punctually, struggled to see them through. Not because I didn't know the work, not because I didn't have the tools. I was stuck. I held myself back. I remained at the point where, to move forward, I would have had to expose myself.

In the Community, I found something that changed my way of acting: concrete goals, real timelines, people who accompany you without labeling you. It wasn't a generic push, but a constant training. I was given clear deadlines, achievable milestones, and above all, a shared responsibility: "by that week, do this," "by that month, complete that." And I did it. For the first time, instead of being at the mercy of fear, I started taking one step at a time. And those steps built confidence.

Over time, I felt myself growing in skills, responsibility, and stability. I began to perceive myself as more solid in my work and more present in my choices. This evolution also led me to join the Private Community Team as a coordinator. In that transition, there was one point that remains central to me: trust. When someone truly believes in you, they are not just encouraging you. They are offering you a new image of yourself, broader, more possible. It happened like this: I felt seen. And once seen, I began to see myself differently too.

One of the things that struck me the most, over time, is the atmosphere created within Private. There is no judgment. It's not a motivational phrase: it's a concrete characteristic. You can say something imperfect, you can come with a doubt, you can bring a personal and not necessarily professional goal. You are not labeled, you are not downsized. You are listened to. And, above all, you are helped. I discovered that what I feared — judgment — was often more in my head than in reality. The Community taught me that you can speak without defending yourself, that you can grow without feeling under examination.

There is also another element, less evident but crucial: when you enter the Community, time changes quality. You stop. You truly dedicate yourself to yourself, to your goals, to comparison. It's as if that moment becomes a clear boundary between daily noise and a place where you can restore order. Many times we say we don't have time, and in part, it's true. But when you choose to reserve a specific space, even just one afternoon a month, you find that time. And you find it with pleasure, because you know you will come out different.

I also strongly believe in the value of comparison. I have learned that there is no point where you stop learning. Even when you think you "already know," others point out details you wouldn't see on your own, offer you alternative perspectives, and often help you reach a solution sooner. I have seen dynamics among members where a comparison between companies and different visions allowed someone to unlock an organizational problem and find a more effective, faster, more sustainable path. Comparison, when done well, doesn't put you in question: it makes you grow.

In my daily life, I also use Combine®, but not as a replacement. For me, it's a support: I use it to review communications, emails, administrative texts. I need to know that the tone is right, that the form is clear, that what I write represents me. The thought must remain mine. AI can help refine, but it must not take away identity. In this sense, Combine becomes a confirmation, a discreet presence that helps me feel more secure.

Today, someone calls me "Sabrina 2.0". I smile because I know what they mean. I feel changed: more present, more centered. I have regained my harmony. I know that certain fears sometimes return, especially at work, but now I have a different awareness: if I have come this far, I can go further.

For the future, I want to continue growing professionally, improving my skills, and staying solid in my role. And, on a personal level, I want to allow myself more life: traveling, especially with my children.

If asked why I recommend Private Community, the answer is simple: because it values people. Because it puts you in a safe environment. Because it lets you meet people with whom you can be yourself without fear. I, who am shy and reserved, feel at home there. And I believe the only way to truly understand what it means is one: to enter and live it.
