ROBERTO SCUTTARI

The story of ROBERTO SCUTTARI - Commercial | Dolce idea S.R.L.

My name is Roberto Scuttari and I am a sales specialist in raw materials for pasta factories, bakeries, and catering. I work at Dolce Idea S.R.L, where I focus on offering tailored solutions for industry professionals.

When I joined Private Community, I was going through a phase where I felt a strong need for change. I wanted to do more, to do better. Like many, I was looking for courses, tools, shortcuts. I thought I needed to learn something new, but instead, I simply needed to start looking within.

Private gave me just that: a place to pause and ask myself questions I had always avoided. Who am I? What do I really want? How do I want to work? With whom? It was like silencing all the external noise and finally hearing my own voice.

The Mindset journey was, at first, a very strong impact. Devastating, but in a good way. It’s not a course: it’s a punch in the stomach. It dismantled me and then rebuilt me. I thought I knew myself, knew who I was, what I did, how I presented myself... but I was telling myself a reassuring fairy tale. And there, thanks to guidance and sincere confrontation with others, I faced a truth I had long been avoiding.

I realized I wasn’t truly at peace with my work. Yes, I achieved results, but they were disconnected from me. I accepted clients and projects out of fear of saying no. I was always in performance mode, but outside of my authenticity. The real change came when I decided to slow down and ask myself the right questions. The most uncomfortable ones.

But I couldn’t have done it alone. The confrontation was fundamental. The community sessions mirrored me. The words of others, the feedback, the postcards... helped me see where I was escaping. And they didn’t judge me: they did it with respect and firmness.

I particularly remember a Focus: there I realized how much I was seeking approval outside of myself, instead of within. That awareness marked a turning point. From that moment, I started to choose, to select, to say no.

Combine® also played a key role. Every time I use it, it’s like coming home. I reread my notes, answer the questions, listen to myself. It’s a living tool that grows with me. Working on RAMPS (Relationships With Greater Development Potential), I finally focused on what I was truly seeking: authentic relationships, clients with whom I could share a vision, not just sell.

And today, if someone asks me what I do, I don’t respond with a pre-packaged phrase. I tell them who I am, what drives me, and what I can bring to others. It’s a different way of connecting.

The most powerful thing is that I didn’t change something "outside". Everything changed inside first. And from there, over time, the external world also started to respond differently: new clients, new connections, new energies.

It wasn’t a "firework". It was a slow, deep, real change. And above all, lasting.
