The story of LUCA VALLATI - Entrepreneur | VALLATI ENERGY S.R.L.
When I first heard about Private Community, I didn't have clear expectations. There could have been many, or none. But one thing I knew well: I wanted to find a way to run together with my brother, who is also my partner. We have a fourteen-year age difference, which brings with it very different visions, rhythms, and approaches. A meeting point was needed.
The Mindset Booster journey was a revelation. We started with a simple but powerful question: "Why do we do what we do?" From there, a deep awareness emerged: our values, although expressed in different ways, were the same. It was an exciting moment. Not only professional but also familial.
From that point on, we also began to align with our team. A young group, with a lot of energy, but also in need of guidance and meaning. We brought them our "why," and today we continue to work to run all on the same track.
But what really made the difference was the community. Finding a group of people who, even with different values, share the same goal of growing and improving was fundamental. Feedback is never judgment: they are mirrors. They help you see things about yourself that you would never notice alone. It happened to me in my way of communicating with collaborators, for example. No one told me "do it this way," but the comparison sparked new awareness in me.
Many things have also changed in my personal life. This year, for the first time, I dedicated all the weekends in July to my family. A choice that doesn't come from a rule, but from a space I've learned to allow myself.
Of course, the method also had an impact. CombineĀ®, which I've used only a little so far, is a tool I want to integrate more and more. But even today, I feel the benefits: I make decisions faster, avoid procrastination, and gain precious time.
Meanwhile, in the team, some people have changed. Some have left, others have arrived. But today I know it's not a matter of mistakes. It's a matter of goals: those who share the vision stay, those who don't feel it move on. And that's okay. The atmosphere has improved, roles are clearer, and there's a different energy in the air.
To those who ask me if I would recommend Private Community, I always say this: first of all, it's an investment in yourself. Start with the two days of Mindset Booster. Even just those can change your approach. And if you work with a partner, do it together. Because growing alone can also mean drifting apart.
For me, Private Community has been - and still is - a space for deep growth. It doesn't depend on the work you do, but on how willing you are to put yourself out there, without masks.
