The story of FULVIA VIANELLO - Entrepreneur | I-HOME S.A.S
My name is Fulvia Vianello and I am the founder of I-HOME, a project born with the aim of enhancing the tourist rental sector through a professional, human, and quality approach.
My entrepreneurial journey has been anything but linear.
In 2019 everything seemed ready for great growth. I had invested in training, opened new apartments, and looked to the future with energy. Then, within a few months, the high water came to Venice. And right after, Covid.
Everything stopped. Rentals were closed, the business was blocked.
From a human perspective, it was a precious time because I reclaimed space with my children. But from a work perspective, I was in a void.
In 2022, suddenly, tourism exploded.
Requests increased dramatically, but I wasn't ready.
I didn't have a structure, a strategy, or a method.
At the end of that year, my accountant was direct:
"Either change something or you'll be crushed by what you've created."
It was then that I felt the need to stop.
I had a clear, immense vision... but too big to be managed without tools.
The risk was getting stuck by what I dreamed of building.
Joining Private Community was a turning point.
I had already taken courses on mission and vision, but this time it was different.
The work on Mindset, done in community, was deep, transformative.
It allowed me to separate dreams from plans, fears from priorities.
But above all, it was the comparison that made the difference.
In Private, you are never alone. You have other real entrepreneurs in front of you, who don't judge but help you see from the outside.
Thanks to the feedback received, the Labs, and practical tools, I managed to break that mental "elephant" into smaller pieces.
I started choosing what to do, when to do it, and with whom to share it.
The community has become my point of reference even today, now that I have found greater balance.
Because entrepreneurship never fully stabilizes.
A place is needed to bring new ideas, test them, compare, reorient.
For me, Private Community is not a place of inspiration. It is a place of action.
A space where dreams become plans, and plans become projects.
And where, even when you feel overwhelmed, there is always someone ready to remind you that you can start over.
From the right point.
