Entrepreneur | A.M.G. SOFTWARE S.R.L.

Anna Minci

I am Anna Minci, an entrepreneur with over forty years of experience in creating customized vertical software platforms for the automotive sector and various technical and insurance fields. A life spent among technology, workshops, digital solutions, and people. A life built without traditional entrepreneurial training, but learning through experience, one step at a time, often facing difficulties and choices alone.

In my sector, competitiveness is strong, and those who work tend to protect their space, making genuine dialogue a rare element. For years, I felt the lack of a place where I could openly discuss management issues, personal challenges, and the daily doubts every entrepreneur faces. I had ideas, vision, and insights, but often lacked a solid bridge between what I imagined and what I needed to do to achieve it.

When Private Community was born, I was present from the very first moment. I immediately sensed that I was entering a space different from anything I had known until then: an environment where dialogue among entrepreneurs was authentic, sharing was not risky but valuable, and where I could bring doubts and limits without fear of being judged.

Within the community, I finally learned to transform ideas into concrete plans. For years, I had a clear destination but not the steps; here I found method, clarity, and a dialogue capable of giving structure to what was previously only intuition.

But Private Community did even more: it allowed me not to set limits on my desires. I remember a precise moment during a journey in Turin, where we were asked to imagine an ambitious dream. I said that one day I would like to step on a stage to talk about artificial intelligence. It was a thought I had always set aside, yet, some time later, I found myself actually doing it. The community gave me the courage to recognize my aspirations and the strength to turn them into reality.

It also had a profound impact on my relationship with time. I belong to a generation where work comes first, and taking a personal moment almost carries a sense of guilt. In Private Community, I saw entrepreneurs capable of stopping, breathing, carving out spaces without feeling less professional. This allowed me to recognize my rhythm and understand that you cannot bring enthusiasm to the company if you are drained.

An important role in my journey was played byCombine®, the Artificial Intelligence tool of the community. For me, it has become a daily support. It does not offer pre-packaged answers: it poses questions, often uncomfortable but enlightening. It helps me see new possibilities, blind spots, perspectives that I would not have intercepted on my own.

Private Community also transformed my way of being a leader. I have always had a strong sense of responsibility towards my collaborators, many of whom have been with me for twenty years. However, my emotional involvement sometimes made it difficult to maintain balance. In the community, I learned to distinguish human closeness from the entrepreneurial role, protecting people without losing sight of the company's sustainability.

What I love most about Private is the humanity that runs through it.
People bring with them not only the professional role but also the personal part. Fragilities are welcomed, not judged. We engage with authenticity, without filters. It is rare to find an environment where you can talk about your doubts knowing they will be understood, not misunderstood.

For all this, Private Community has been — and continues to be — an accelerator of growth and a space of transformation for me. A place where the person comes before the role and professional and personal growth proceed together. For what it has given me, becoming a sponsor of the project was natural: when you believe in something and live it firsthand, supporting and giving back becomes spontaneous.

Today I am still myself — direct, emotional, intense — but with new awareness, more balance, and less solitude. Private Community marked an important passage in my journey, uniting vision and humanity in a way I had never experienced before.
